Cancellation Policy
Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
A Cancellation Fee will be applied to all appointments canceled less than 48hrs prior to scheduled appointment. A Cancellation Fee of roughly 50% of the projected appointment cost will be charged. Arriving more than 10min late for a scheduled appointment will qualify as a No Show. A No Show Fee will be charged 50% of the projected appointment cost. Additionally, continuing to reschedule a single appointment past two instances may result in being moved to a “Walk-In Appointment” Only Status as to not further distrupt other guests from scheduling. Your stylist will inform you of this. You be notified via text and/or email of any fees that will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
